Shipping Rates - Please allow us to choose the best method of shipment depending on the weight of your order and distance from the shipping facility. We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS First Class/Priority Mail. Shipping carrier and tracking information will be provided via email when your order is shipped. Even if your order is shipped in multiple boxes, the single shipping rate in the chart below is all you will pay.

Is it faster to call in my order or place the order online?

We require that you place your order online. That way your order will be processed immediately. We do not accept telephone orders.

How soon will my order ship? 
Each product page displays the availability at the top of the page. You will see something similar to:
    Availability: Usually ships the next business day
or
    Availability: Usually ships in 2-3 business days
Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please note that the time stated is the time that it takes before your order leaves our facility, not the shipping transit time. For example, if you place your order on Monday and the availability states "Usually ships in 2-3 business days", you can expect your order to ship on or before Thursday. Please allow at least one extra day for processing during the busy holiday season! Order early to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping transit times vary depending on the distance from our shipping facility. You will receive a tracking number and the name of your shipping carrier via email as soon as your order ships. 

What if the item(s) that I ordered are out of stock or are on backorder?
Although it doesn't happen often, there are occasions when an item may be out of stock and/or on backorder. If we expect to be able to fill your order within 10 days, we will process it the next business day after the backordered items arrive in our facility. If we cannot process your order within 10 days, we will notify you immediately by email that we cannot process your order at this time. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? I need it tomorrow! 
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We strive to ship your order within the time stated in "Availability:" on each item page. The majority of our products ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. The larger items ship via UPS, Fed Ex Ground or DHL. We will choose the fastest method of shipment depending on your distance from the shipping facility. You will receive a tracking number and the name of your shipping carrier via email as soon as your order ships. 

Do you have a store open to the public? Can I pick up my order in person?
No, we do not have a storefront open to the public at this time. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No, we do not offer wholesale pricing or quantity discounts at this time. 

Can you mail me a printed catalog?
No, we add and remove products daily so a printed catalog would be obsolete before it is printed. You can see all of our current products in the online store. 

Can you ship my order to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or the U.K.?
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii - a $5.00 surcharge will be added to your order during checkout.

Ordering online: order with confidence. Our store uses industry-standard, secure SSL encryption to accept your credit card orders via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Your credit card couldn't be safer.

Ordering by phone: We require that you place your order online. That way your order will be processed immediately. We do not accept telephone orders.

Ordering by fax: orders submitted via facsimile (fax) are processed on a time-permitting basis, but no later than the 2nd day after receipt. Please include all personal info such as complete name, mailing address including zip or postal code, item description, item number and quantity. You must also include the credit card number and its expiration date. Our fax number is 214-722-0973. To receive a receipt of your order, you must include your email address.

Ordering by mail: We do not accept orders by mail at this time.

Paying for your order: for your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your DogDecor.com purchase you may request a return authorization. Exchange and/or refund is not guaranteed unless you receive prior authorization from an authorized DogDecor.com agent. Please email sales@dogdecor.com to request a return authorization. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. Please include your UNUSED product, original receipt and all product packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow at least seven business days after we receive your returned items for your credit to be issued. We highly recommend purchasing additional package tracking services to help you and us easily locate your returned package if necessary.

The following products are custom-made upon receipt of your order. Therefore, they cannot be returned for refund or exchange except in cases of manufacturer's defect.

Defective & Damaged Procedures: You must contact DogDecor.com within 5 working days of receipt of most merchandise. Exchange and/or refund is not guaranteed unless you receive prior permission from an authorized DogDecor.com agent. You must include your order number with all correspondence. Claims for breakage should be made with the shipping agent.
