Each of these remarkable Basset Hound likenesses cast in highest quality 94% pewter, is mounted on a handsome, faithfully scaled miniature Basset Hound dog collectible plate of handspun pewter. These collectible Basset Hound plates are in the classic single-reed plate design as originally created by Master Pewtersmith Thomas Danforth (1777-1818). Our plates are delicately handspun in the Danforth tradition by New England craftsman. The satin finished 3 3/4" diameter Basset Hound plate comes with its own solid walnut mounting stand for display. Included with each dog breed plate comes a blank plaque to personalize with your pets name (sorry, engraving service is not available).
